The Center for Family Health & Education (CFHE) welcomes tax deductible, charitable contributions from individuals, foundations and corporation to help reduce the cost of health care for our patients and provide treatment for more people in the community. We also invite members to volunteer at CFHE community events to help promote the center’s mission, and its programs and services.

CONTRIBUTIONS CAN BE MADE BY:

• Cash
• Check (made payable to “Center for Family Health and Education”)
• VISA or MasterCard using our online donation form.

DONATIONS CAN BE:

• Unrestricted – Applied to the clinic’s greatest needs
• Designated to provide support of specific programs and services
• In tribute to loved ones
